The Marlow & Finch AI Workbench

Choose a practice workflow to see which agents work together. Then click each agent to see the task it will be built to handle, the systems it will use and who still approves the result. Marlow & Finch Lawyers is a fictional firm. The method, scoring and structure are exactly what we produce for a real engagement.

In plain terms

Each card is one specialist AI agent. The proposed design uses a governed team of small agents. Each is built for a defined task, while the coordinator and evaluator keep work inside the agreed controls. The orchestrator routes work and the evaluator checks sources, quality and safety before anything is released.

Sends each approved task to the right agent, records what happened and stops before anything client-facing until the named person approves. Added only after the first agents pass their quality tests.

Each matter is kept separate. Agents use approved precedents and file material rather than uncontrolled bulk data. Trust account movements and court filings stay human by design: no agent initiates, authorises or records a trust movement, no agent lodges a court document or sets a filing date, and no system access is granted to any agent for either.
Add a new task without rebuilding everything. Client intake, matter delivery and advice production reuse the same approved knowledge, quality checks and matter setup. Each agent keeps its named human approval and rollback path.
